📜 General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

§1 Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop Handmade by Habik.

§2 Contractual Partners

The purchase agreement is concluded with:
Handmade by Habik – Habibe Karadag, Peter-Michels-Str.59, 50827 Cologne

§3 Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of the products does not constitute a legally binding offer.
The contract is concluded upon completion of the order process.

§4 Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices.
In accordance with § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged.
Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.

§5 Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.
Since these are handmade products, delivery times may vary.

§6 Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the shop.

§7 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Exception:
Custom-made or personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).

§8 Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

§9 Liability

The statutory liability regulations apply.

§10 Final Provisions

German law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is – insofar as permissible – the registered office of the owner.
